We provide CNC machining service for UK OEM buyers using in-house CNC turning and milling. We manufacture custom CNC machined parts from raw material based on customer drawings and OEM requirements. Our production focuses on custom and repeat components, not catalog standard parts. Typical production includes aluminium, brass, steel, and copper alloy parts for industrial applications.
We supply CNC machined components to UK engineering teams, OEM buyers, and procurement companies. We manufacture in India and arrange export shipments based on project requirements and delivery terms.

We manufacture as a CNC manufacturing partner for UK OEM companies needing consistent supply of custom machined parts. We carry out production in India based on customer drawings and technical requirements.
Buyers typically use us for repeat components where stable quality and clear communication are important. Orders are planned around batch production and long-term supply programs instead of one-time catalog sales.
We handle export shipments to the UK with agreed Incoterms, and provide required commercial and inspection documents with the order.
We support projects that start with prototype samples and move into repeat production when the design is approved.
Prototype quantities are typically small, usually around 5 to 10 pieces, used to confirm fit and machining feasibility. After approval, production is planned for medium to higher volume requirements rather than very small one-time orders.
Production quantity depends on part size, weight, and machining complexity. Small lightweight parts and larger heavy components follow different economic logic.
Once the process is validated, we maintain the same machining setup to support repeat OEM supply with consistent output.
Our CNC machining capability combines turning and milling to produce custom components based on customer drawings.
Turning is supported from 5 mm up to 180 mm diameter, while milling work is performed on medium-size prismatic parts.
Milling is carried out using 3-axis and 4-axis machining, with indexed operations when parts need machining on multiple faces.
5-axis machining is used for positioning and multi-face access, not for complex simultaneous contour machining.
Turning and milling operations are combined when parts require multiple machining stages.
Turning is used for shafts, sleeves, spacers, and cylindrical components within the defined diameter range. Milling supports prismatic parts that need face machining, slots, holes, and indexed features.
4-axis machining is mainly applied for indexed operations where parts are rotated and machined step by step. 5-axis machining is used for positioning to improve tool access across multiple faces.
Material selection follows customer drawings and OEM specifications. Only industrial grades used in regular manufacturing are machined.
Common grades such as 6061 and 6063 are machined for lightweight industrial components. Typical parts include aluminium spacers, blocks, plates, and structural support parts.
Grades such as 304, 316, and 202 are machined for corrosion-resistant components including shafts, fittings, and couplings.
Grades including EN8, EN1A, C45, and IS 2062 are used for shafts, pins, support parts, and general industrial components.
Brass grades such as C36000, C26000, and C46400 are machined for brass inserts, fittings, connectors, terminals, and flanges. Copper grades such as C11000 are used for electrical and conductive components.
Raw material is sourced from approved suppliers according to customer requirements.
Machining follows general industrial tolerances. Typical tolerance is ±0.1 mm unless tighter values are defined on the drawing. Final achievable tolerance depends on part geometry, feature type, and material behavior during machining.
Parts are supplied in machined and cleaned condition with deburring applied to remove sharp edges.
Additional surface treatments are arranged through partner facilities when required. Common options include anodizing, plating, polishing, brushing, bead blasting, and protective finishing.
Finish selection depends on part function and customer specification. Laser marking for identification can be supported when specified.
Inspection is performed during and after machining to confirm drawing compliance.
Measurement tools include calipers, height gauges, Go/No-Go gauges, and thread gauges. Material verification is supported through supplier material reports when required. Basic dimensional inspection reports are available on request.
Profile inspection and CMM measurement are supported through external partner facilities when specified.
