Custom CNC Machining Services for Australian Industry

We manufacture custom CNC machined parts in India for OEM buyers in Australia. Each part is machined from customer-specified raw material based on drawings, dimensions, and production requirements.

Our work covers repeat CNC components, batch production parts for industrial use. We machine brass, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and steel grades according to part geometry and required tolerance.

Each drawing is reviewed before quotation. Machining feasibility, batch quantity, inspection points, and shipment terms are checked before production starts.

CNC Parts Production and Supply for Australian OEM Buyers

We review each drawing before quotation. Dimensions, material grade, thread details, and machining feasibility are checked before production is confirmed.

We run production in India for batch orders and repeat supply against approved drawings. Minimum quantity depends on part size, machining time, and tooling requirement.

Repeat orders follow the approved drawing reference and production method used in earlier batches. Shipments are arranged under agreed terms based on order volume, packing method, and delivery schedule.

Recent OEM CNC Machining Production

CNC turned EN31 steel shaft component

EN31 Steel CNC Turned Component, OEM Machined Shaft

This EN31 steel CNC turned component was produced as a custom 16-inch shaft with multiple diameter steps and a tapered end section. The part was machined for OEM use in testing fixtures and industrial assemblies where surface durability, hardness, and wear resistance were critical during repeated use.

custom made CNC milled bronze part

Bronze CNC Milled Part in G-CuAl11Fe4Ni4 for OEM Assemblies

This OEM machined part was produced from G-CuAl11Fe4Ni4 nickel aluminium bronze using CNC milling, with profile-controlled surfaces and accurately drilled mounting holes. The alloy was selected for mechanical assemblies where dimensional stability, wear resistance, and consistent performance under load were required.

CNC milled part aluminium block

OEM CNC Milled Aluminium 6061-T6 Clamp Block, Black Anodised

This CNC machined aluminium clamp block was produced for industrial equipment where bore accuracy and surface consistency had to remain stable across production batches. Black anodised finishing was applied after machining for parts used in mechanical assemblies and OEM equipment builds requiring clean dimensional control.

custom Brass CNC turned sleeve

Brass CNC Turned Sleeve for OEM Mechanical Use

Custom CNC brass turned component sleeve was produced by CNC turning with a stepped outer diameter and a precision-machined flange section for controlled assembly fit. The part was manufactured for OEM mechanical applications where repeat production and stable dimensional accuracy were required across each batch.

OEM copper CNC turned part sleeve

Copper CNC Turned Sleeve for OEM Assembly Use

OEM copper sleeve was machined by CNC turning with a stepped external profile and a precision-controlled internal bore for accurate seating during assembly. The part was produced for mechanical and industrial applications where fit consistency and stable machining across repeat batches were required.

OEM Large CNC machined aluminium part with turning and milling process

CNC Machined 6061-T6 Aluminium Flanged Housing, Turned and Milled

Custom large CNC machined part was produced from 6061-T6 aluminium billet using combined turning and milling operations. The part includes a circular flange, stepped cylindrical body, central bore, and a precision-machined side port to maintain concentric alignment and controlled external dimensions across the full profile.

Material Options for CNC Machined Parts

We manufacture CNC parts in brass, aluminum, steel, copper, and bronze according to customer drawings and specified material grade. Material is confirmed before production starts because machining parameters, tool selection, and inspection points change with each metal.

Brass

We machine brass grades such as C360 and C353 for custom threaded parts, inserts, fittings, and turned components. Brass provides stable cutting performance and clean thread formation during repeat production.

Aluminium

We machine aluminium grades such as 6061 and 6082 for CNC Machined Aluminum Parts that require low weight and consistent dimensional control. Aluminium supports fast machining and stable surface finish in batch production.

Steel

Stainless steel grades such as 304 and 316, along with carbon steel grades such as 1018 and 1045 based on drawing specification. Steel parts require controlled cutting conditions because hardness and chip behavior change between grades.

Copper and Bronze

We machine copper grades such as C110 and selected bronze grades for custom machined components with defined drawing tolerances. Copper and bronze require controlled cutting speed because tool wear increases during production.

CNC Machining Capability

Typical Tolerance ±0.05 mm to ±0.10 mm for general machined features

Turning, Milling, and Multi-Axis Machining

We use CNC turning for round and cylindrical parts such as shafts, bushings, sleeves, spacers, flanges, nipples, and adapters. Most turned parts are machined within 5 mm to 180 mm outer diameter depending on geometry and machining sequence.

CNC milling is used for flat surfaces, slots, pockets, drilled holes, and profile features. Most milling work runs on 3-axis and 4-axis setups for CNC milled machined parts.

4-axis machining supports indexed operations where the part rotates and machining continues in controlled steps. 5-axis machining is used for positioning and multi-face access where part orientation changes during machining.

Parts that require both turning and milling move through separate setups. Turning is completed first, then milling follows in the next operation stage.

Manual secondary operations are performed after CNC machining where required. This includes tapping, threading, chamfering, deburring, and additional drilling.

Typical machining tolerance for standard CNC parts remains within ±0.1 mm depending on material, feature size, and part geometry.

Tolerance and Inspection Control

Standard machining tolerance for CNC parts is typically maintained within ±0.1 mm depending on material grade, feature size, and machining sequence. Tighter tolerances are reviewed against drawing requirements before production starts.

Dimensional checks are carried out during machining and final inspection using vernier calipers, digital calipers, height gauges, Go/No-Go gauges, and thread gauges.

Material verification follows supplier documentation when required. Material test reports and mill heat certificates are provided on request based on raw material source and availability.

Basic dimensional inspection reports are issued when specified in the order. Profile inspection and CMM measurement are arranged through qualified partner facilities when required by the drawing.

FAQ - CNC Machining Parts

1. Can repeat CNC orders follow the same approved machining method after first batch approval?

Yes. Repeat orders follow the same approved drawing, machining sequence, and production method used in the earlier approved batch unless a revised drawing is issued.

2. Do you review machining feasibility before accepting CNC orders with tight tolerance requirements?

Yes. We review drawing dimensions, feature geometry, material grade, and tolerance points before quotation. Tight tolerances are checked before production is confirmed.

3. How are CNC parts packed for export shipments to Australia?

Packing depends on part size, material, surface condition, and shipment mode. Threaded parts, machined edges, and finished surfaces are protected before dispatch.

4. Can one drawing include multiple CNC machining operations in the same part?

Yes. A single part can include turning, milling, drilling, threading, and secondary operations when the drawing requires multiple machining stages.

5. Can you supply sample parts before full batch production for Australian orders?

Yes. Sample parts are supplied before batch production when required. Production starts after drawing approval and sample confirmation.

Request a CNC Machining Quote for Australian Orders
